All rental terms are detailed in the contract. Here are some important points to note.

• The deposit is partially refundable when the contract is cancelled 91 or more days before the contracted event date.
• The final guest count is due two weeks prior to the event date.
• If you book three weeks or closer to your event date, the bill is due in full with the signed contract.
• The chair cover price includes steaming of all chair covers, and the set-up. CCC will handle the tear-down if the event hall allows for the chair covers to remain on the chairs overnight. If they must be removed that evening, the lessee is responsible for removing them and placing them in the provided storage containers for CCC to pick-up.

• The deposit, 20% of the subtotal, is due with the signed contract to hold your event date.
• The final payment is due one week prior to the event date. The amount is adjusted according to your final guest count.
• CCC accepts check or money orders made payable to Chic Chair Covers.
